Nieve is a compassionate and conscientious physiotherapist who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She works across both inpatient rehabilitation and our Mars Clinic service, supporting children and families with bladder and bowel concerns, as well as assisting patients through recovery following illness, injury, or surgery.
With experience across medical practices, aged care, sports settings, and home-based care, Nieve brings a holistic and patient-centred approach to physiotherapy. She values taking the time to understand each person’s individual needs, goals, and circumstances so treatment can be tailored in a practical and meaningful way. Nieve works closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive rehabilitation plans that encourage confidence, independence, and long-term progress.
She finds great reward in helping children and families feel comfortable and supported throughout their continence journey, creating a safe and encouraging environment where patients can actively engage in their care. One particularly memorable experience for Nieve was supporting a young child who had become fearful of movement following a long period of immobility and seeing them regain confidence through active play and rehabilitation.
Known for her calm and approachable manner, Nieve values building strong relationships with her patients and helping them feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their recovery.
